CTI Consultants are a multi-disciplinary technical consultancy operating mainly in the construction, building and maintenance industries.

Our staff are scientists with qualifications in chemistry, metallurgy, corrosion science and operational hygiene.

 

We have specific knowledge and experience in the fields of protective coatings, concrete technology, corrosion of metals and general building products. We also have specific expertise in OH&S issues relating to these industries.

 

CTI Consultants Pty Ltd was formed in 1987 to provide specialised consulting services to the construction, oil and gas, building maintenance and repair industries throughout Australia. It now has offices in NSW (Sydney and Newcastle), Victoria and Regional SE Australia.

 

Areas of expertise include protective coating technology, corrosion assessments, concrete technology and investigations, concrete condition assessment and repair procedures, waterproofing and condition surveys, metallurgy, material selection and cathodic protection.

 

CTI has also become involved in environmental investigations and has developed expertise in designing and conducting contaminated site investigations, especially where paint is a source of contamination.
 

CTI conducts assessments of houses and buildings for lead and provides occupational risk assessment and training for the lead abatement industry.
