Carol Bodle holds an Honours degree in Medical Science, a Masters Degree in Applied
Science (Occupational Health and Safety), and a Graduate Diploma of Occupational
Hygiene from Deakin University. Her Masters thesis topic was “Exposure Monitoring
in the Abrasive Blast Cleaning and Protective Coating Industry: 2 Case Studies”.
Carol is an Occupational Hygienist and is involved in carrying out monitoring, performing
risk assessments and providing safety training for workers exposed to hazardous substances.
She is also actively involved in carrying out assessments for lead hazards in both
residential and industrial settings.
